Established in 2023, Frosty Training Solutions LLC offers professional and individualized firearms training with clients of all skill levels. We want to create an environment around firearms that reduces the fear of operating firearms and minimize negligence while increasing our client’s confidence, knowledge and abilities. We also offer first aid, personal safety, home defense, and church security seminars.

Hello, thank you for visiting Frosty Training Solutions. I am RaShan Frost, the founder and chief instructor of Frosty Training Solutions LLC. I started FTS because I want to teach and empower people to be best equipped to take responsibility for their protection and that of their families and loved ones.
I am a certified instructor through the United States Concealed Carry Association (USCCA) and the National African American Gun Association (NAAGA). I am also a STOP THE BLEED® Instructor. With FTS, clients get high-quality instruction from someone with over 20 years of teaching and skill development expertise. I look forward to training you in one of my upcoming courses.

SC CONCEALED WEAPONS PERMIT COURSE
This 7-hour South Carolina Law Enforcement Division (SLED)-approved course is for South Carolina residents and qualifying non-residents who want to get a SC concealed weapons permit. Participants will learn parts of the handgun, how it operates, proper and safe storage of firearms, fundamentals of marksmanship, SC case laws, the obligations of the concealed weapon permit carrier, and open carry based on SC law. Upon completing this course, participants may apply to SLED for a CWP. Participants must be at least 18 years old.
BASIC HANDGUN COURSE
This 4-hour course is geared toward novice shooters, those who haven’t used firearms in a while, or those who want to improve their fundamental shooting skills. The course emphasizes safety, confidence building, and teaches the fundamental skills and techniques for safe firearms usage. The course includes classroom instruction along with live fire exercises and drills designed to assess a student's skill level, identify areas of development, and measure improvement.
HOURLY PRIVATE TRAINING
Private training at Frosty Training Solutions LLC is designed to provide clients with personalized attention and cater to their specific firearm training needs. When you opt for a one-on-one session, you can expect a comprehensive approach that focuses on setting clear training goals, designing a customized training plan, and closely monitoring your progress along the way. Our private instruction sessions are offered by the hour, allowing for flexible scheduling to accommodate your busy lifestyle.
PROTECTING HOUSES OF WORSHIP
This free 1-hour seminar focuses specifically on lessons which can help to better protect your house of worship through being able to identify a mass shooter, creating an emergency operations plan and learning how to treat traumatic injuries that may occur. The lesson covers specific considerations related to houses of worship, teaches you how to evaluate your current level of security at your house of worship, and offers practical exercises which can be done with students to practice the lessons being taught. This seminar is offered online or in-person.
REAL ESTATE PROFESSIONAL SAFETY SEMINAR
Real estate agents often face a greater risk of violence while at work compared to other professions. This 1-hour seminar (offered online or in-person) will help agents identify activities that make them vulnerable to attacks. It will also teach them how to be more aware of their surroundings to avoid potentially violent situations. Additionally, the course will cover commonly used safety features that can help keep agents safe. They will also learn about the legal criteria and consequences for using force, as well as various defensive options.
STOP THE BLEED®
In a STOP THE BLEED® course, you'll learn three quick techniques to help save a life before someone bleeds out: (1) How to use your hands to apply pressure to a wound; (2) How to pack a wound to control bleeding; (3) How to correctly apply a tourniquet.
