How do I sign up for a class?

All participants who want to sign up for a class must sign up through the USCCA website portal in the “classes” link.

No in-person registration will be accepted for any classes except for the Protecting the Houses of Worship and Real Estate Professional Safety seminars.

Are group classes available?

Yes, this is a perfect opportunity for family, friends, or organizations/groups to train together. Discounts are available for four or more students if registering together. Group classes are by appointment only and specific training dates can be requested. If six people are confirmed and registered for a group class, the host’s fee would be would be waived (This applies to the CWP and basic pistol courses).

What if i don’t own a firearm?

If you do not own a firearm and want to take a class (SC CWP, Basic Pistol, and Private Lessons), we can provide one for you to use for rent. The rental fee of $30 includes the firearm, holster (if needed for course) and ammo for the course. Clients have the opportunity to choose from a .22LR and 9 mm handguns. Also, eye and ear protection is provided free of charge if needed.

What is the cancelation policy?

Cancellations MUST be put in writing via email. Our email address is info@frostytrainingsolutions.com. If you cancel your scheduled class date 72 hours prior to your meeting time, a full refund will be provided if requested. If you cancel inside the 72 hour period, and request a refund, the a partial refund of 75% will be given. Another option is to reschedule the class (This applies to the SC CWP course, Basic Pistol course, and Private Lessons).

What is the rescheduling policy?

We allow ONE courtesy reschedule. Please let us know at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled class time. If you reschedule more than one time, then a $25 rescheduling fee will be added on. The final adjusted balance will be due at the time of your re-scheduled class. After exceeding two reschedules, you are not permitted to take the course and will have to find another instructor. THIS DOES NOT APPLY TO NO SHOWS (This applies to the SC CWP course, Basic Pistol course, and Private Lessons)!

What is the NO SHOW POLICY?

A “no-show” is someone who misses a scheduled class without cancelling or rescheduling 72 hours in advance of their scheduled appointment. “No-shows” will be charged 100% of the session amount and no money will be refunded. If a client wishes to join another class, they will have to redo the booking process which includes paying the regular fee, in its entirety, before being moved to a new class (This applies to the SC CWP course, Basic Pistol course, and Private Lessons).

What is the late policy?

It is important to start on time because part of our class takes place at a private range. If you arrive 15 minutes late or more, you will NOT BE PERMITTED into the class. You will be able to use your “courtesy reschedule” to join another class ONE time only.
